1. Eligibility
1-1. This promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District
of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where
prohibited by law.
1-2. Eligible customers who make a qualifying purchase at a participating Chatime location
during the specified promotion period and satisfy the entry criteria shall be entered into the
promotion.
1-3. Confirmed winners must be active Chatime Loyal-Tea members to claim and redeem the
prize.
2. Prize Details
2-1. Each confirmed winner will receive 52 Loyal-Tea drink vouchers, issued at a rate of one
voucher per week for 52 consecutive weeks.
2-2. Each voucher is redeemable for one designated drink: “Premium Boba Milk Tea (16oz)” at
any participating Chatime location in the United States.
2-3. Vouchers are valid only for the designated drink. No changes, modifications, substitutions,
or upgrades to the drink content, flavor, or toppings are permitted.
2-4. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, and
may not be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
2-5. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and
surcharges associated with the acceptance and use of the prize. If the total fair market value of
the prize in any given tax year exceeds US$600, the winner must complete an IRS Form 1099
and provide their Social Security Number (SSN) or Tax Identification Number (TIN) prior to
receiving the prize.
3. Winner Verification
3-1. The winner verification process must be completed on or before December 28, 2025.
3-2. The confirmed winner must provide:
– The original receipt showing the purchase of the Charm Bundle Set (must match the issuing
store),
– The physical item “The Platinum Charm”.
– In-store verification with staff, including photo documentation, receipt recording, and signing
of “The Platinum Charms” Terms & Conditions consent form.
3-3. Winners must provide their personal information (full name, contact details, and proof of
purchase) for verification and record-keeping, and prize configuration by Chatime Headquarters.
The store will then forward the verified information to Chatime Headquarters to activate the
prize. All personal information will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with Chatime’s
privacy policy.
3-4. Chatime reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and to disqualify any
individual who fails to meet the requirements or who submits false or misleading information.
4. Redemption Rules
4-1. Voucher issuance will begin on January 1, 2026.
4-2. One voucher will be automatically issued by the system each week for a total of 52 weeks.
4-3. Each voucher is valid only during the week it is issued and will automatically expire
thereafter. Expired vouchers will not be reissued, extended, or replaced.
4-4. Vouchers are redeemable only for the designated drink: “Premium Boba Milk Tea (16oz).”
They are not valid for other menu items or add-ons.
5. General Terms
5-1. Chatime reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without
prior notice. The rights of any verified winner to redeem the prize already awarded will not be
affected.
5-2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chatime and its affiliates expressly disclaim all
liability for any claims, costs, injuries, or damages of any kind, including not limited to direct,
indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profits, data loss) arising
out of or in connection with the promotion or the acceptance/use of the Prize.
5-3. Chatime and its Affiliates assume no responsibility for delays, loss, or inability to use
vouchers due to network, system, technical failures, human error, or any other force majeure
events.
5-4. By accepting the prize, the winner grants Chatime and its affiliates a royalty-free,
irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide license to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice,
and city/state of residence for marketing, promotional, or publicity purposes related to this
promotion, in any media now know or later developed, without further compensation, except
where prohibited by law.
5-5. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. All disputes, claims, or
causes of action arising out of or related to this promotion shall be resolved exclusively through
binding arbitration in Los Angeles on an individual basis, and the winner hereby waives the right
to participate in a class action lawsuit against Chatime.
